Hey Bearcat Families! Did you know you too can get a FREE premium subscription to the Calm App through your student? Once your student downloads their free premium account, they can gift a premium account to up to 5 others. That's enough for the whole family!

Student can download their premium Calm subscription by following the directions on the Student Wellness Center web site. The best way to share the premium subscription is through the Calm website (not the app). Students will sign into their Calm account online, click Profile on the left side, then Manage Subscription, then Manage Dependents. As long as a student has access to the Calm premium, their family/friends will also have access!
