University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences students are invited to a co-op fair on Tuesday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in TUC Room 400.
At the event, students will discover a variety of ways to obtain paid work experience while still a student, including internships and co-ops for this summer and fall.
Among the companies attending are Western and Southern Financial Group, City of Cincinnati, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Employer representatives are friendly and want to meet UC Arts and Sciences students. Dress is business casual. Students should bring five to ten copies of their resume to hand out.
Students who are not actively seeking a co-op or internship are also encouraged to stop by to see what it’s like and browse future opportunities.
Students can prepare by dropping into the Bearcat Promise Career Studio, where trained peer coaches can help students review their resume, practice a short self-introduction, and know what to expect. The Studio is open for walk-ins Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
