Each semester, here's what happens to funds:
Bearcat Card funds carryover semester to semester, but if necessary refunds can be requested. Refunds are given upon request submitted by the online form.
Refunds issued to students will be issued in the form of a credit to the student’s Bursar Account. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

What about inactive Bearcat Card accounts?
Unless a Bearcat Card account refund is requested within five (5) years of the last activity, the account will be closed without notice, with any remaining balances forfeited to the University of Cincinnati.
