The UC Commencement Office is excited to celebrate our Fall Graduates with their families, friends, and guests at the Commencement ceremony. Ceremony information has been emailed to graduating students. Here are some important highlights you may want to review as a family member:

Time & Location

• Saturday, December 14, 2019
• Doors will open for guests at 7:30am at Fifth Third Arena
• Ceremony begins at 9:00am

Tickets

• Commencement is a ticketed event. Your graduate must request tickets for guests. Tickets will be scanned upon entry into Fifth Third Arena. The last day to request tickets is November 5.

Parking

• Parking is available in designated garages with a free pass. You must have the parking pass to park in these garages. Current permit holders may park in their assigned garage or request a free parking pass.

Regalia

• Regalia is required for the ceremony. The cap and gown can be purchased through November 7 and is available at the UC Bookstore.

Memorabilia

• Graduation memorabilia is available for purchase. We offer everything from graduation announcements and photos to commemorate the day to flowers and gifts to celebrate your student!

Accessibility

• Accessibility accommodations are available for guests. Please contact the Commencement Office at least two weeks prior to the ceremony to request accommodations. Guests may vist the Accessibility Station on the day of the ceremony inside the main entrance of Fifth Third Arena (East Concourse). Volunteers will provide information on seating and accommodations.
