Experience-Based Learning and Career Education

Experience-Based Learning and Career Education (ELCE) facilitate real-world work experience for students, teach students to prepare for their professional lives, and provide career services to University of Cincinnati students and alumni. At the same time, we connect employers and external partners with the talent they seek in a variety of arrangements both inside and outside the classroom.

We encourage you to watch the video above and visit ELCE's YouTube channel to learn more about career exploration resources and support at UC, including how students co-design a career plan, set goals, develop professional skills, gain real life experience, and start their job search on Handshake.

Bearcat Promise Career Studio

The Bearcat Promise Career Studio is a space for students to explore careers and plan for life after college. Whether your Bearcat is writing their first resume or interviewing for their first job, we’re here to help! All students are welcome.
