We are excited to kick-off Summer 2020 Family Orientation! Welcome to the Bearcat Family! Parent & Family Programs is here to support you via year-round support services and engagement opportunities. As a family member, you are an essential part of your student’s experience. We encourage you to become an engaged and informed resource for your student. Our office is here to help. Reach out to us anytime if we can help!
Family Orientation Details
While we wish we could be with you on-campus this summer, we are excited to utilize UC’s Family Portal to help you get acquainted with our campus. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through July 3, you will receive an email prompting you to browse themed content that will help you learn more about UC. From student support services and getting involved to money matters and important campus policies, this information will help equip you to partner with us in supporting and encouraging your student’s success.
You may review the Family Orientation information each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as it arrives in your inbox or at your own convenience. The information will remain on the UC Family Portal for the duration of the summer. Please reach out to us at families@uc.edu or comment directly on each orientation post if you have any questions.

Please note: If your student will be attending UC Blue Ash or UC Clermont, you will want to review the following instructions to participate in their respective orientation programs.
- Blue Ash: Your student received an email with an individualized link to register for a synchronous online orientation program. Family members are welcome to join for this program.
- Clermont: Your student should visit the UC Clermont website to register for a synchronous, virtual orientation. Family members join for portions of the program.
